Your apo, website is not functioning. I'm in thailand and asked you to switch international roaming on before I left....it's not working! I got wifi but cannot get onto your website, it times out. Your app wants to send ne an Otp but how the he'll do I get that if I cannot get sns let alone make calls! Please contact Mme via my email and I will send you the number I need you to activate international roaming please. Thus is becoming frustrating!! I needed to call my family urgently and had to go buy a tourist sim here to do that!

My Cell c Sim cards are not working it been close to 2 weeks now, I am at Durban

I cannot receive any calls or sms's. When someone phines me it goes directly to voicemail.
