What is happening in Kraaifontein. No internet and RSAWeb says the problem is not on their side. Our white box is Octotel but Service provider is RSAWeb. Please I need my internet to be able to work.

I pay R739 per month and I have had no internet connection from Friday to date through Octotel ISP is Webafrica..all webafrica says is they logged it..but no communication from anyone..but they take a full month payment..so frustrating
