Rain has not provided any connectivity since 27 Dec 22 And it’s 2 Jan today. Call centre cannot advise on anything except the Technicians need to get back to them. Terrible pathetic service, a person doesn’t even know when the service will be restored. But they will happily debit the full amount from us. Definitely cancelling this pathetic service!!!
