I've had rain for more than 1 year now but recently I am having too many problems with reception. I have to work from home but with the poor service in this are, I will have to look at another service provider. I cannot log calls every time I have no reception and then wait for someone to reset. This is just ridiculous. If rain cannot cover this are, then do not sell the service.

Rain is utter S**T. My download does not go above 5mb/s but my upload is 30mb/s. After 1AM I get 30mb/s download. What scaly business are you running? My MTN gives me 100mb/s no matter what time I want to use it. Rustenburg 0350

Rain network and/or signal is non-responsive even though the router shown good signal strength. This is the status 60-70% of the time which makes it unusable and basically useless. I am cancelling and investing in fibre. Brackenfell 7560

I have been without internet for the past 4 days and I can't even reach Rain 's offices. Their number is on a loop and it keeps on taking me back to the main menu. This is so frustrating. I'm in the Edenvale area. Can we please get coverage.
