+27 Pathetic service, no service. The whatsapp number is not working. If you call you hold on for 20 minutes with no avail. Im so fedup. Again no internet since last night 11pm. Think its time to change service providers.

Also wen we phone customer care our airtime gets finished waiting for them to answer the call and still no one answer I phoned over 7 times and gor no response

Outage from 9am in Sandton. It's now 7:30pm. Unable to get hold of supersonic on the landline, WhatsApp not twitter. No updates. Absolutely poor service. Mtn advised me that they don't operate on weekends. They were probably referring to their capacity to provide a half decent service. Johannesburg 2000

City: Port Elizabeth, Area Sherwood. We have been off since yesterday morning, 8am. My wife has to work remotely and is RELIANT on the internet to work. Quick to deduct debit orders, but no internet... I sat on the phone for more than 30 minutes and put the phone down as I had to return to work.... WASTING AIRTIME AND DATA.... USELESS

I am paying almost 900 a month for what??!!! Supersonic always having problems ffs! Some of us rely on our WiFi to be able to work! Their service is becoming pathetic to say the least
