Anyone who take a contact through Telkom are mad. Telkom service down for a full day now. This happens many time and when you phone them they will tell you it is prosudure to wait 72 working hours before they will attend to the fault.

Telkom towers in Kibler Park zib code 2190/2530 are down since the early morning. Telkom told me we have to wait 72working hours before they will attend to it. No sence of urgency. The whole area is down and no one have WiFi or internet. But #Telkom doesn't care. I am cancelling my contract with Telkom. I am going Mweb

Boksburg, Gauteng. we have no internet. The d-link router shows all lights on and I've phoned twice today at a cost of R150 airtime and the both consultants keep telling me to reset and switch on and off and restart my phone when I tell her I can't even get into router admin. 10.0.0.2, which I can usually always access is now unreachable! Nothing, nada! After nearly 2 hours of that nonsense, I finally had to give up and realise I was wasting my time and money calling. ???? Now what? If Telkom cannot provide me with internet that I'm paying for, and technicians can't even check the settings on their side and fix it, then what must I do?

Copesville Pietermaritzburg 3201 Telkom says tower is faulty two weeks now, and pass 3 days no internet affecting entire area when customers went to store they told them no problem in my area but a number of customers are having issues and no internet for few days now.
