Have not been able to send email since Nov, cannot receive email for last two days. Have cancelled my contract and moving on 12 Jan to new ISP. .. Telkom charging for a "service" they cannot provide. What an absolute useless bunch.

+27 Pretoria Moreleta park x46. No fibre internet since monday morning, also logged numerous fault logs, they have already closed them as resolved!!!??? Planning to move to another ISP in January '24, this is rediculous to pay for something and either technicians are all on leave (bad planning), or plain ignorance/ arrogance building a bad name for Telkom along with it
