Mobile internet off every few hours last 2 days, just drops off line and then one has to reset router all over. Bad service, Lamberts Bay area. 8130. Refers you to Tobi which has technical problems and cannot solve the problem

No Fibre since Thursday. Spoke to Two technical support agents with no real help. Both saying there's a known outtage but no comment on which areas are affected. And both only saying this at the end of the call after 5 mins of simply trying to find the account. I find no formal outtages online that account for their statements. And most likely vodacom will still expect us to pay for the full month again even though this is day 3 of being ignored and not being assisted. BAYVIEW, STRANDFONTEIN, WESTERN CAPE.
